Skype Lessons

Our "one-to-one" Polish lessons via Skype are a perfect solution for students who either live in remote areas or, due to their other commitments, are unable to attend Polword school-based courses. Our Polish Skype tutoring combines personal interaction and high quality foreign language teaching to enable you to learn the language more effectively than ever before.

How it works:

Prior to the first session your teacher will evaluate your current language level and speak with you about your learning goals.

They will then use the information to create your own customized curriculum. Please see the breakdown of such a lesson below:

At the start time of your lesson, you and your online teacher will log on to your Skype accounts and establish a live link with each other.

Your teacher will use a combination of oral and written instructions to interact with you during the lesson. The Skype chat window will be used to provide written materials and instructions and the share screen function will be used as your blackboard.

At the conclusion of each of your Skype lessons, your teacher will give you a homework assignment designed to help you internalize the material covered in the lesson. The teacher will also schedule with you your next lesson and let you know what material will be covered during the following session.

As you start to work through your personalized curriculum, you may decide that you would like to make some changes. Therefore your teacher will help you adjust the curriculum based on your evolving needs and goals. We also ask you to contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns
